Created in 1944 when legendary bartender, Victor "Trader Vic" Bergeron, shared his new drink with 2 Tahitian friends who exclaimed, “Mai Tai-Roa Aé!” a Tahitian phrase meaning “Out of this world, the best!”
 
Pour your Mai Tai into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice, garnish with a half lime and sprig of mint.
