Swiss Peaks is a Vault City tribute to everyone’s favourite mountainous chocolate. This decadent imperial stout combines a layered bill of chocolate, pale and amber malts with smooth oats, cacao nibs and a touch of soft honey.
It finishes with a gentle dusting of almond flavours, like fresh snow settling on a Swiss alpine peak.

Big flavours and bright colours, that’s what you can expect from Vault City Brewing. They are the UK’s biggest sour beer producer and have been making fruit-forward, modern sour beers in Edinburgh since 2018.
